1. General By purchasing from Molonite Gems & Jewels, you agree to these terms. We reserve the right to update these terms at any time.

2. Products All jewellery is handcrafted using natural rough gemstones and sterling silver. Each piece is one-of-a-kind. Product images are as accurate as possible, but natural variations in colour, shape, and size are to be expected.

3. Pricing All prices are listed in South African Rand (ZAR). International customers are responsible for any currency conversion fees charged by their bank or payment provider.

4. Orders We reserve the right to cancel any order at our discretion. In the event of a cancellation, a full refund will be issued.

5. Intellectual Property All product images, descriptions, and content on this site are the property of Molonite Gems & Jewels and may not be reproduced without permission.

6. Limitation of Liability Molonite Gems & Jewels is not liable for any indirect or consequential damages arising from the use of our products.

7. Governing Law These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of South Africa.
