Dispatch Schedule As Molonite Gems & Jewels is based in a rural area, orders are collected and dispatched once per week, typically every Wednesday. Orders placed after Wednesday at 12:00 PM (SAST) will be dispatched the following week. You will receive an email notification with tracking details once your order has been shipped.

Domestic Shipping (South Africa) We offer standard shipping across South Africa. Free shipping is available on orders over R1000. Delivery typically takes 3–5 business days after dispatch, depending on your location.

International Shipping We ship internationally to selected countries. International delivery typically takes 7–21 business days after dispatch, depending on the destination country and local customs processing times. Please note that import duties, taxes, and customs fees are the responsibility of the buyer.

Handcrafted & One-of-a-Kind Pieces Each piece is handcrafted using natural rough gemstones and sterling silver. As all items are unique, please allow time for careful packaging to ensure your jewelery arrives safely.

Tracking Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a tracking number via email. Please allow 24–48 hours for tracking information to update.
